These Terms govern your use of PaceForge, operated by Ivan G. as an independent freelance professional ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using PaceForge, you agree to these Terms.
01The Service
PaceForge generates a periodized running training plan using data from your connected Strava account, your stated race goal, and any personal bests or injury history you provide. Every paid plan is reviewed and personally adjusted by a human endurance coach before you begin training. PaceForge is a coaching and training-planning tool — see §6 below regarding medical advice.
02Your Account & Strava Connection
To generate a plan, you connect your Strava account via OAuth. We only request the scopes needed to read your activity history and athlete profile — we cannot post to Strava on your behalf or modify your Strava data. You can disconnect Strava at any time from your account settings or by revoking access directly through Strava; disconnecting will prevent your plan from being refreshed with new activity data.
03Pricing & Payment
- Free — 90-day Strava analysis and a full 4-week Base phase, at no cost
- Unlock (€39, one-time) — your full 4-phase plan, coach review within 48 hours, PDF export
- Coach+ (€79/month) — everything in Unlock plus weekly coach check-ins throughout your plan, a dedicated race-week check-in, and an adaptive plan that rebalances around missed weeks. Billed monthly with a 2-month minimum commitment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
04Refunds & Cancellation
- Unlock is refundable in full if requested before your coach has begun reviewing your plan. Once coach review has started, the purchase is non-refundable, as coaching time has already been committed
- Coach+ can be cancelled at any time from your account settings, subject to the 2-month minimum commitment. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current or prior billing periods — except that if your coach has not yet begun reviewing your plan, you may request a full refund of all Coach+ charges in place of this clause, per the Unlock refund terms above
- Coach+ automatically cancels on your race day so you are never billed for a plan you no longer need
- Cancelling or downgrading Coach+ does not remove your plan access — you keep your full unlocked plan and coach notes under Unlock, and lose only the ongoing Coach+ check-ins and adaptive adjustments

05Promotion Codes
- Valid for one use only unless otherwise stated and non-transferable
- Have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to invalidate codes obtained fraudulently
06Not Medical Advice
07Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false or misleading information about your fitness, injuries, or identity
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or plan data
- Do not share or resell promotion codes issued to you
- Do not use the service in any way that violates applicable law
08Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaceForge and Ivan G. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including injury sustained while following a training plan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
09Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. EU users retain mandatory consumer protections afforded by the laws of their country of residence.
10Changes
We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
